Defining Features
SR20DET Engine

The KS MF-T is powered by the SR20DET Autech; a turbocharged 2.0L inline-four variant, tuned by Autech for both power and reliability. The noted upgrades include turbo, injectors, intercooler, larger exhaust and ecu tune.
4 inch Exhaust System

A featured high flow 4 inch factory exhaust system that gives the K's MF-T Silvia increased performance and improved sound.
MOMO Steering Wheel

Inside the factory modified interior; featured Nissan/Autech equipped MOMO steering wheel, giving the cabin a sportier feel and better grip during spirited driving.

About the Car
The Nissan Silvia S14 Autech Version K's MF-T, is a high-performance/high reliability crossover model of the Silvia S14, with in-house modified styling and various performance upgrades.
The S14 Silvia debuted in Japan 1993, part of the second-generation Silvia (also known as the 240SX in North America), produced from 1993 to 1999. The car was lower and wider than the S13. Late in the S14's life cycle, a limited edition model of the S14 was released, using Nissan's tuning division Autech; an in-house tuning division for Nissan, much like NISMO, but with a focus on any modification (not always performance). Tuning company Autech, built a tuned adaptation of the S14 K's variant and created the K's MF-T Autech Silvia, a higher performance upgraded S14; much like Nismo's 270R but with an added focus on reliability. Limited to a production of only 272 units, only two paint codes were offered; looking at the brochure, Pearl White (213 produced) and Deep Fuchsia (59 produced).

On the exterior, the main feature is the large spoiler believed to be Ferrari f40 inspired, along with sideskirts, rear bumper, front bumper (Brochure: “designed to increase flow to the larger intercooler”), aluminium wheels, all according to Nissan are aero performance improvements to the standard S14.
The standard S14 and the Autech version K’s MF-T are equipped with the SR20DET (1998cc DOHC 4-cylinder) engine. A new Autech-tuned upgraded version of the SR20DET was produced; The new K's MF-T engine was fitted with an upgraded turbocharger by Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries (IHI), with an 80mm thick intercooler; larger 480cc fuel injectors, all together producing an increase in reliability and 30+ horsepower: 250PS at 6400rpm and 28.0kgm 275 Nm of max torque at 4800 rpm, all upgrades to later be included on the S15 Spec R.
The Autech version featured a higher flowing 4 inch (101.6mm) Fujitsubo Giken (FGK) exhaust system to improve performance and sound. The car's handling was improved with multilink suspension, firmer shocks and springs, along with a rear sway bar, a front strut bar and Autech optional extra bracing such as the ‘Triple Cross Bar’, on the last page of the brochure. The standard S14 offered 5 speed manual and 4 speed automatic; whereas the Autech version K’s MFT is exclusively offered in 5 speed manual, emphasizing its focus on performance.
The interior trim is also revised with a Momo steering wheel, similar to that of the WRX GC8s of the 90s and the Mitsubishi Evos of the same time period, with red stitching. Also white gauges for the instrument cluster and more white gauges showing, oil pressure, voltage and boost. This is in place of the radio, deleted for weight saving but could be optioned back in. Further, the gear knob is leather and the interior seat material looks similar to the standard S14 but as per the last page of the brochure, you will note on the right, the “Exclusive seat fabric material” that is also used in the door trim.
